In the event you can not make it to your appointment in time, please reach out to confirm you will still be arriving for the remaining portion of the session. If a client is more than 15 min late, without prior notice, they are responsible for the payment of the missed session.

Clients are to arrive on time to their session. A brief consultation between you and the practitioner to devise a treatment plan will take place prior to the hands on portion of the session. To optimize your session the studio is a cellphone free zone.

We request the client maintain personal cleanliness for the session, including sand free toes. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the practitioner informed of any allergies or medical treatment currently being taken and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the onsite massage may be continued. The client must also keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions. The discussion between the practitioner and the client is confidential.
